8 Days Yoga & Wellbeing for Individuals and Couples in Northern Tenerife

Overview

The 8 days and 7 nights program is perfect for you if you are looking to boost your wellbeing for a week, relax, reduce your stress levels, get a complete “off-time”, get your mind off from daily routines which might affect your wellbeing negatively, and any other motivations you might have to increase your health and overall wellbeing. Additionally you will be enjoying mesmerizing experiences with our excursions to high altitudes and the ancient environments that the island of Tenerife has to offer!

Sample Itinerary

Here is an example itinerary:

Arrival and transfer to the hotel for the check-in. Depending on the time of arrival, you will have a relaxing Welcome Massage at around 17:00. Dinner will be served in the evening with vegetarian options on the Menu. Day 2: You will start your day early with a mindfulness session or a therapeutic yoga class followed by a healthy breakfast. After breakfast, you will start a holistic workshop - an individual talking activity session in a relaxed environment - focused on your physical, mental, emotional health and presence. In the evening, all your stress and muscle tensions will be released as you will enjoy a relaxing massage before you have a well-deserved dinner and go to bed. Day 3 You will start your day early with a mindfulness session or a therapeutic yoga class followed by a healthy breakfast. After breakfast, you will start a holistic workshop - an individual talking activity session in a relaxed environment - focused on your physical, mental, emotional health and presence. In the evening, all your stress and muscle tensions will be released as you will enjoy a relaxing massage before you have a well-deserved dinner and go to bed. Day 4: You will start your day with a light breakfast and when you are ready, you will meet your Yoga instructor at the MBestcare center, and receive a mindfulness or therapeutic yoga class, whichever suits your best preferences. After the class follows Tea time. Excursion with Meditation in Teide national park or Anaga forest park. You will start your day with a light breakfast and then meet your Qigong instructor at the MBestcare center, and receive a session of a mind-body-spirit practice that improves your mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, and breathing technique, otherwise known as Qigong or Tai-Chi. After the class follows Tea time and small chat. After Teatime, you will have a holistic workshop - an individual talking activity session in a relaxed environment - focused on your physical, mental, emotional health and presence. During the evening, you will enjoy a relaxing massage before you have dinner and go to bed. You will start your day early with a mindfulness session or a therapeutic yoga class followed by a healthy breakfast. Forest bathing excursion, with lunch You will be taken to Tenerife´s laurel forest for a forest bathing experience, known in Japan as Shinrin Yoju, a practice which consists of going to a forest or a natural environment to do a variety of activities with the aim of improving health, well-being and happiness. During lunchtime, a healthy lunch will be served before heading back to the hotel. During the evening, you will enjoy a relaxing massage before you have dinner and go to bed. Day 7: You will start your day early with a mindfulness session or a therapeutic yoga class followed by a healthy breakfast. After breakfast, you will start a holistic workshop - an individual talking activity session in a relaxed environment - focused on your physical, mental, emotional health and presence. In the evening, all your stress and muscle tensions will be released as you will enjoy a relaxing massage before you have a well-deserved dinner and go to bed. Day 8: After breakfast, we will say farewell head back to the airport for your departure
