Overview
This relaxation break in the Canary Islands includes everything you need in order to feel fully recovered, and free from stress and worries from home in a short period of time. Here your intention will be to reconnect with your mind and your body through treatments that release your tensions and concerns, such as mindfulness classes, therapeutic yoga sessions, and daily quality evening massages. You will also be able to enjoy a sound bath therapy accompanied with a relaxation massage, that gets your blood circulation running smoothly, tensions released, and anxiety and stress levels reduced. This five-day and four-night program is perfect for you if you are looking for a quick "off-time" away from stress and routines for example, or you feel the need to boost your wellbeing for a short while, relax, get back in balance, give yourself a well deserved treat, get your mind off from daily routines which might affect your wellbeing negatively, and any other motivations you might have to increase your health and overall wellbeing!
Sample Itinerary
Here is an example itinerary:
Day 1 - Transfer to hotel and Welcome Massage - After you arrive at the airport, you will be greeted by us at the arrival hall, and driven to the hotel where you will check-in, be taken to your hotel room, shown around and explained the following day's activities. Depending on the time of arrival, you will receive a relaxing Welcome Massage in the evening, before dinner. If arrival hours are late, then the welcome massage will be rescheduled to the following day. Dinner will thereafter be served in the hotel restaurant, or in a quality restaurant outside the hotel of our choice, between 19:00 and 21:00 Day 2 / Day 3 / Day 4 - Yoga, Minduflness & Breakfast - You will start your days off smoothly and gently with a therapeutic Yoga or Mindfulness classes at the MBestcare center, to focus on your concentration and get you mentally prepared for the day. After the yoga class, you will be able to enjoy your breakfast in the hotel dining room. You can enjoy your free time visiting Puerto de la Cruz or enjoy the hotel’s many amenities, such as a gym, reading a book in the green garden of Taoro, relaxing at the swimming pool, and spending your day at the volcanic black sand beaches! During the evening, all your stress and muscle tensions will be released as you will enjoy a relaxing massage before you have dinner and go to bed. Dinner will thereafter be served in the hotel restaurant, or in an outside restaurant of our choice, between 19:00 and 21:00 Day 5 - Yoga, Mindfulness & Breakfast, before departure - You will start your day off smoothly and gently with a therapeutic Yoga or Mindfulness class at the MBestcare center, to get you concentrated and well for the start of the day. After the yoga class, you will be able to enjoy your final healthy breakfast in the hotel dining room, relaxed and satisfied. You will check-out at 12:00 (late check-outs also possible), and we will say farewell and drive you back to the airport for your flight departure back home!Trainers & Instructors
