This little relaxation retreat includes everything you need in order to feel fully recovered and free from stress and worries from home in a short period of time while reconnecting with your mind and your body. Here, you will get treatments that release your tensions and concerns, such as mindfulness classes, therapeutic yoga sessions, and all kinds of massages including a sound bath therapy accompanied with a relaxation massage, that get your blood circulation running smoothly, tensions released, and anxiety and stress levels reduced. This five-day and four-night program is perfect for you if you are looking to extend your vacations in the Canary Islands with a relaxation retreat before traveling back to your home for example, also for you who is living nearby and feels the need to boost your wellbeing for a short while, relax, reduce your stress levels, get a complete off-time, get your mind off from daily routines which might affect your wellbeing negatively, and any other motivations you might have to increase your health and overall wellbeing.
Sample Itinerary
Here is an example itinerary:
Day 1: After you arrive at the airport, you will be picked up and transferred to the hotel, where you will check-in and be escorted to your room, given a bathrobe and a list of contact telephone numbers to prepare your next day's activities. Dinner will be served in the evening at the hotel. Day 2: You will start your day with a light breakfast and when you are ready, you will meet MBestcare at their reception center, where you will receive a smoothie or a multivitamin juice, be greeted by your host with a welcome talk, and receive all detailed information about your stay the coming days. After the welcome talk, you will receive a therapeutic yoga session so that you will be able to focus completely on your wellbeing the following days. After the yoga session, follow tea time with healthy snacks. During the evening, you will be relieved from all stress and muscle tensions, as you will enjoy a relaxing massage and a therapeutic sound bath session before you have dinner and go to bed and get plenty of rest. Dinner will be served in the evening at the hotel. Day 3 After a good sleep, you will start your morning with a light breakfast. About one hour later, you will be given a therapeutic yoga class, with gentle stretching and a body scan. This morning begins very smoothly with a relaxed energy, nothing dynamic which costs you any effort at all. Afterward, you will be pampered with a relaxing hot stone massage, followed by a smoothie or a multivitamin juice. This afternoon is spent with free time to visit Puerto de la Cruz or stay at the hotel surroundings and enjoy the many amenities that the hotel has to offer, for example, the reading room, the pool, or the big park surrounding the hotel. You can also visit any other part of the island, for example, the Teide national park. Dinner will be served in the evening at the hotel. Day 4 After a good night's sleep, you will start your morning with a light breakfast, which will be followed by a therapeutic yoga class, with gentle stretching and a body scan. This morning begins very smoothly with a relaxed energy, nothing dynamic which costs you any effort at all. Later this morning, you will receive a cranial massage and reflexology, followed by a smoothie or a multivitamin juice, tea, or water with lemon. During the day, you can enjoy visiting Puerto de la Cruz or enjoy the hotel’s many amenities to relax and enjoy, before you attend a mindfulness class in the early evening, to get you aware and in control of your body and mind. After the mindfulness class, you will enjoy the refreshments of tea and healthy snacks. Dinner will be served in the evening at the hotel. Day 5 Today, you will start your day with breakfast followed by a mindfulness class to get you aware and in control of your body and mind. After the class, you will enjoy the refreshments of tea and healthy snacks before you say farewell at around noon. You will then be picked up from the hotel for the transfer back to the airport (or any other location) in accordance with the time of your departure.Trainers & Instructors
