MBVP “Mindful Based Vacational Program ™” is based on the 1979 MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) approach, which is a step-by-step training program that gradually draws attention to the present. The psychoeducational theory and exercises are carried out by experienced university psychologists. After only three units of training, the structure of some areas of the brain begin to change. Improved social skills, decreased nervousness and electrical activity in the brain (blood cortisol) lead to decreased stress levels.

The diet plan throughout the program will be designed by a leading neuroscientist researcher with experience in the field of nutrition to boost the immune system and promote a healthy functioning of the nervous system.
